Located in central Missouri, the Moberly Area Industrial Park is a 278-acre rail-served certified site zoned for heavy industrial use. There is also 100 additional adjacent acres available.

The Moberly Area Industrial Park is home to the State of Missouri's 6th Certified Site. The park contains a total of 206 acres, with approximately 58 acres of that being a Missouri Certified Site. This prime industrial land is adjacent to 4-lane US Highway 63. The MAIP is located within the Moberly City Limits, zoned industrial and is certified as an AT&T Fiber Park. Randolph County
Moberly became known as “The Magic City”, springing from the prairie in the late 1800’s as the railroad moved west.
